Not to brag, but rather to make a point...I live in America where I can go to a store and choose between at least 20 different brands and types of toilet paper, several types of potatoes, whatever brand and type of TV but yet, amazingly, try to find certain items for Christmas gifts and it's out of stock.
Christmas comes once a year. Same date every year. We all know it's coming and yet some companies cannot properly plan stock levels. Best examples this year are iPods and the Xbox 360.
Argh!
