Translating PRSpeak To English

This week has been a big one for companies buying other companies. Probably the biggest purchase was Adobe’s acquisition of Macromedia.

The Adobe folks put out a press release and FAQ that were heavily laced with PRSpeak. One weblog writer took it upon himself to translate the FAQ to plain ol’ English.

I suspect the writer was being paid by the word.
