Hmmm...so the Colorado State Supreme Court says it's not OK to look at The Bible for moral support while determining whether or not a guilty person should receive the death penalty.
But it's OK for the US Supreme Court to refer to international law while determining whether or not juveniles should be eligible for the death penalty.
