There is a cool widget for Mac OS X 10.4 which will allow you to monitor gas prices. Known simply as Gas, it can monitor for a single station or plug in your zip code only and the radius to see prices for several gasoline outlets.
Gas gets its info from GasPriceWatch.com. So Windows users won't feel left out in the fun of seeing just how badly we are getting gouged.
Yesterday, I heard it was $2.55 per gallon for regular. This morning, it's already at $2.65 in town. Hmmmm...let's plug in a Texas zip code...Houston is currently $2.45 a gallon for regular.
